Guns

Guns, shaped our history and played very important roles in our independence, but the ugly truth ignored about guns is that they are too dangerous in the wrong hands.
Although the 2nd amendment supports the use and purchasing of guns in America, it doesn't stop people from misusing guns, as many people have heard by now, the gunning on Friday that took place at a school, was all done by one person with a gun. Now all this could have been avoided if that man hadn't been handed a gun. Arms dealers are the main source of guns being accessible in the USA.
When an arms dealer decides to sell guns to someone, they should realize that they are handing the buyer the lives of the people they decide to use it on. As disturbing as it is, America does allow a household to own a gun for "self-protection", even though nowadays its rarely used for protecting anyone.
My opinion on this matter is simple, America should be more strict on the subject of gun control. Guns should be only allowed to the police and the army, in this way the streets would be safer. One of the most important subjects about guns is guns inside a house. When guns get into a house there's a very big chance that they can be fired simply by a mistake. Although some states are more lenient than others, you are allowed to shoot someone who trespasses in your land, which could be as simple as knocking on your door.
Although I don't believe that the 2nd amendment should be abolished I do believe that America put a law into order where guns can only be owned by men and women of the law such as police, investigators, the army, and the marines.
In total this wouldn't only make the USA safer but it would also stop the rapid decrease of murders in America. Gun control is as important to USA, as air is to humans, both need the first to stay alive.
