Ways to Make a Classroom Productive

Many teachers nowadays struggle with their students not staying on task or not getting their work done on time, which in total gets a lower class average and lower pay. An easy way to keep the grades up and the students happy is simple. All the teacher(s) have to do is encourage a student to present any idea on what they think about the subject  then get someone else to come up and share how they would do same thing. In this way every person interacts with one another so that they can understand each other better. When ideas start flowing in the classroom the worst thing to do is to interrupt so that the student gets enough time to develop their thoughts. After this is done get the students to partner up and share what they think on the other person's ideas. If you really want to go overboard with the whole thing you can even make it into a small competition because in this way it won't seem like work and the student can really excel. Rivalry can cause someone to work more productively than when they are not pressured to do it on their own. A teacher always concerns for her students and always wants them to be at their best, although all they really needed to do was get the students working together. A classroom can easily become productive if they get familiar with this idea. Everyone strives for greatness, teachers help you get there.
