Dancing-The Benefits

               Throughout the world is a language everyone speaks and everyone contributes to, they don't have to know anything about someone to tell them a story. The language is dancing and everyone experiences it: the young, old, foreign, strange, and everyone in between can dance even if it is just a simple step-and-clap. Dancing unites people and lets them get together to do something active and have fun while doing it. Not only is it healthy because it is one of the types of cardio, it is also a good way to meet people and socialize. It lets you have fun while being healthy so you get the best of both worlds. Dancing is a worldwide concept that has been here since day 1, people only just realized though how important it really is.
