Staying Fit

               People around America constantly say they want to lose weight, so they try things; going to the gym, eating healthy, avoiding too much candy but somehow it just doesn't seem to work. The reason is because they are not doing all of them how their supposed to be done. Each is supposed to go with the other, right after you have exercised drink some water or have some salad. Just because you did one thing a day doesn't mean you should instantly make up for it, because "making up" for it is really another way of saying that you want to stay the same weight. Some people do everything they can but somehow they've gained weight, the reason is their metabolisms are slower than they should be, a fast metabolism lets the person burn calories just as easily as they gain them. If so you should go to your doctor to see if their is any medical treatment to speed up metabolism. Losing weight is great but it only works if your actually staying fit.
