Determination

              Several things can show you're a determined person, things like how you behave towards others, what you say, and your body language as well. When you are shown to be precise not boisterous in manner and confident in your stride, people can see you are determined in whatever you are doing and identify you as under control of whatever is happening. If you can make a normal conversation with people of any social ranking it shows you don't mean to quietly idle by, but you want to get straight to the point.
            A determined person will be less likely to be passive and more likely to be assertive. Assertiveness in speech gives a certain amount of command behind it, making it easier to follow along. If someone is straight-backed and awake when they are doing work it shows that they got the right amount of sleep and care enough about their job to make a schedule around it. A determined person can be found in any of us, we just have to look a little harder and chip away the edges.
