Attention disorders have been seen in up to 10% of all the people on earth. Some of these people including famous figures like Will Smith, Micheal Phelps, Sir Richard Branson, Vincent Van Gogh, Benjamin Franklin, Christopher Columbus, and even Albert Einstein. All these people had or still have attention disorders, but none of them let it stop them from achieving great things. Attention disorders, such as ADHD, can happen to anyone from anywhere, making it one of the most known disorders.
As attention disorders appear in childhood it is hard to determine whether the child is immature or has ADHD. This is why most people diagnosed with it are adults who have had it from birth. For some odd reason ADHD is more common in boys then it is in girls. There is no cure for ADHD so the solution doctors provide most commonly is counseling with the person. If there is an extreme condition of hyperactivity involved with the person's ADHD, the person can be given medicine to reduce hyper-activeness for the day. Even though ADHD does not go away, the person learns to control impulses as they grow up, and their attention grows as they age as well.

When someone has ADHD they are jumpy, unable to focus, impaired attention, and lack of self-control. This makes them very hard to keep still and pay attention to something. Attention disorders will make it harder to succeed, but it didn't stop Michael Phelps or Albert Einstein. It comes to show that you will have setbacks, but you can still succeed.
